Most programs in this category quietly extend the timeline so the promise is easier to keep. I’d rather keep the timeline and carry the risk myself.
You participate, and at the end of four weeks you have a live, deployed application. If you don’t, I keep working with you one-to-one, free, until you do — for as long as that takes.
That’s not a refund dressed up. A refund gives you your money back and leaves you exactly where you started, which is the outcome neither of us wanted. This one only ends when the thing exists.

The Deployed Guarantee
Participate as defined and you will have a live, deployed application at the end of four weeks. If you don't, I work with you one-to-one, free, until you do. There is no time limit and no cap on that.
The Fundability Guarantee
By the end you will have four things: a live product, a repository with real commit history, a pitch deck built with me on a call, and a targeted 50-name outreach list of investors and design partners. If all four don't exist, we keep working until they do.
The Never-Stuck Guarantee

The Honest No
Before you spend a single week building, I review your idea. If I think it's too big, too legally risky, or genuinely shouldn't be built, I tell you and refund you in full in week one.

The price
The Lab is going to be $5,000. It isn’t today.
This is the founding cohort. I don’t have a wall of testimonials yet — I have my own company and my own repository, and that’s it. So the price is lower, and in exchange I’m asking for something specific: show up, hit your milestones, let me document the process, and do an honest interview at the end.
You get a lower price and considerably more of my attention than anyone will get later. I get proof.
8 seats. Not a fake scarcity number — that’s genuinely how many scope calls, repo reviews and Batphone threads one person can carry while still being useful. The payment plan is priced slightly above the lump sum; I’d rather say so than hide it.
For comparison: a development agency quotes fifty thousand and up before you know whether anyone wants it. A freelance developer is eighty to a hundred and fifty an hour.
