Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any product or program you purchase from Bakke Consulting LLC, doing business as 4 Week MVP (“we”, “us”), trading as 4 Week MVP. By using the site or purchasing, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
We provide educational materials, templates, recorded and live instruction, and — in some programs — coaching and support, concerning AI-assisted software development. We provide education. We do not provide software development services, and we do not build products for you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
3. Your account and access
Access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your login. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for sharing credentials, redistributing materials, or abusive conduct toward staff or other participants.
4. Payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Where you choose a payment plan, you authorise the scheduled charges. A failed payment may suspend access until resolved.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All materials — videos, written guides, templates, worksheets, code samples, and recordings — remain our property or that of our licensors.
You may: use everything for your own projects, including commercial ones. The templates are meant to be filled in and used. Code samples and starter repositories may be used in your own products without attribution.
You may not: resell, republish, share, or redistribute the materials; use them to create a competing course or training product; or post recordings publicly.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to anything you create — your product, your code, your business. We claim nothing in it.
Where you submit work for review, post in a community, or participate in a recorded session, you grant us a limited licence to use that material for the purpose of delivering the program. We will ask separately, in writing, before using anything identifiable of yours in marketing.
8. Community conduct
Be decent. No harassment, no spam, no pitching other people’s offers, no sharing of members’ private information. We remove people who make the space worse.
9. Third-party services
Our materials reference third-party tools including GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, and Anthropic’s Claude products. We are not affiliated with them unless stated. You are responsible for your own accounts with those services, your own costs, and your compliance with their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, changes, or failures.
10. No professional advice; no outcome guarantee
Our materials are educational. Nothing is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or medical advice. We make no guarantee of any business or financial result. See our Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
11. Your responsibilities as a builder
If you build and operate software, you are solely responsible for it — including its security, the protection of any personal data it handles, your compliance with applicable law, and any harm it causes. We provide general guidance on secure practices; we do not audit, certify, or take responsibility for anything you build.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any product is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunity.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of [JURISDICTION].
