The short version: we sell education about building software. We do not sell a business outcome. Nothing we publish is a promise, guarantee, or projection that you will earn money, raise money, get customers, or build a successful business.
No earnings claims
We make no representations about income, revenue, profit, funding, valuation, or customer acquisition that you may achieve. We do not publish average results, typical results, or student earnings figures, because we do not have substantiated data supporting such claims and we will not invent it.
About the founder’s own results
Sam states that he built and deployed a functioning software company in approximately ten weeks using AI-assisted development tools, without a traditional software engineering background. That is a description of one person’s experience. It is not a representation of what you or any other customer will achieve, and it should not be understood as typical.
Where informal opinions about that company’s value have been mentioned, they are informal opinions only. No independent valuation has been completed, no sale has occurred, and no funding round has established a valuation. We do not present any such figure as a verified or achievable outcome.
Your results depend on you
Building software and building a business are different things, and both depend on factors outside our control, including:
- the idea you choose and whether a market exists for it
- the effort, time, and consistency you apply
- your existing skills, resources, and circumstances
- competition, timing, economic conditions, and luck
- changes to third-party tools, platforms, pricing, and policies
Many people who purchase educational products do not complete them, and many who complete them do not build a profitable business. That is the honest baseline for this category and we would rather state it than have you discover it.
What we do commit to
We commit to the specific deliverables described on the page where you purchased, and to any guarantee stated there, on the terms stated there. Those guarantees concern what we will do — the materials we provide, the support we deliver, and the refunds we honour. They are not guarantees about market results.
Testimonials
Where we publish testimonials or case studies, they reflect the genuine experience of the individual described and are not a representation that others will obtain similar results. Where a person received any incentive — including discounted or founding-cohort pricing in exchange for participating — that will be disclosed alongside the testimonial.
