This policy explains what Bakke Consulting LLC, doing business as 4 Week MVP, trading as 4 Week MVP, collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

You give us

• Name and email address, when you register for a workshop or buy something
• Billing details, handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
• Anything you submit: applications, project details, support questions, community posts

Collected automatically

• Standard log data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referring site
• Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and advertising measurement

Why we use it

• To deliver what you purchased and provide support
• To send you the materials, replays, and program communications you asked for
• To send marketing email — you can unsubscribe from any of it, at any time
• To measure whether our advertising works
• To improve the products
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who need it to operate the business:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — website hosting
• Resend — email delivery
• [COMMUNITY PLATFORM] — community and course access
• Meta and Google — advertising measurement, via their pixels
• Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it

Advertising and tracking

We use the Meta pixel and Google Analytics to understand which ads and pages lead to purchases. These set cookies and may allow those companies to associate your visit with their own records about you. You can opt out through your browser settings, your Meta and Google ad preferences, or a tracking-blocker.

How long we keep it

Customer and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the product and to meet tax and accounting obligations — typically seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the UK or EEA these rights come from the UK GDPR / GDPR. If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights of access, deletion, correction, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our products are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We’ll post any changes here with a revised date. Material changes will be notified by email where we hold your address.
