Refund Policy

The Starter Pack ($47) — digital download

Read it. If you don’t find at least one thing that changes how you work with AI, reply to your receipt within 30 days and we’ll refund you in full. You keep the book and the toolkit either way. We’re not going to chase you for files.

No form, no exit survey, no explanation required — though if you tell us what missed, we’ll use it to make the next version better.

Add-ons bought at checkout — the Setup Pack ($27), the Live Build Pass ($97), the Reference Build ($37)

Same terms as the Starter Pack: 30 days, full refund, no questions. Each is refundable on its own — asking for your money back on an add-on doesn’t affect anything else you bought, and refunding the Starter Pack doesn’t oblige you to give up an add-on you want to keep.

If you were charged for something you don’t remember agreeing to, say so and we’ll refund it immediately without argument. Reply to the receipt — every charge sends one.

The 4 Week MVP System ($297)

30 days, full refund, no conditions attached to how much you watched. Email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll process it.

Access to the course materials and community ends when the refund is issued. Templates and worksheets you downloaded are yours to keep.

The 4 Week MVP Lab ($2,500)

The Honest No — week one, unconditional

Before you start building, we review your idea. If we assess that it is too large to complete in the program, carries legal or regulatory risk we are not able to guide you through, or in our honest judgment should not be built as described, we will tell you and refund you in full within the first week. No argument, no partial deduction.

After the scope call

Because the Lab involves live delivery, scheduled sessions, and one-to-one time reserved specifically for you, it is non-refundable after your scope call has taken place, except where required by law.

This is deliberate, and we’d rather be direct about why: a program built around a small cohort and reserved personal time cannot function with open-ended refunds. What replaces the refund is a stronger commitment — see below.

What you get instead of a refund

The Deployed Guarantee. If you participate as defined below and do not have a live, deployed application at the end of the four-week build, we continue working with you one to one, at no additional cost, until you do. There is no time limit on this.

Participation means:

• attending the required live sessions, or watching the recording and submitting your check-in within 72 hours
• submitting your weekly milestone deliverable each week
• completing your scope call and building the project agreed there
• submitting your project for both scheduled reviews

The Fundability Guarantee. By the end of the program you will have four things: a live deployed product, a repository with real commit history, a pitch deck built with us on a call, and a targeted 50-name outreach list. If all four do not exist, we keep working until they do. This guarantee concerns the creation of those artifacts. It is not a representation about how any investor or third party will respond to them.

The Never-Stuck Guarantee. Every support submission receives a response within one business day. If we miss that, your next month of access is free.

Keep Everything. However your participation ends, every template, recording, and asset provided to you remains yours.

Payment plans

If you are on a payment plan, a refund covers amounts already paid and cancels remaining installments. Where a program is non-refundable under this policy, remaining installments stay payable — being on a plan doesn’t change what was purchased.

Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback. We have never refused a refund that fell within this policy, and a chargeback costs us a fee and costs you time. If you believe you are owed a refund, say so and it will be handled.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country or state, including any statutory cancellation rights that apply to digital content.

How to request a refund

Reply to your receipt, or email info@4weekmvp.com with the email address you purchased with. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
